Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring multiple Manager roles in Operations Enablement. You will lead cross-functional programs across product, engineering, and operations, driving scalable servicing outcomes and compliance.

You will own roadmaps, readiness, and measurable results while collaborating with regulators and vendors as needed. We seek hands-on, data-driven leaders with 7+ years in program management and fintech experience, capable of translating strategy into practical, scalable enablement solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institution.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Project Management.
• Experience implementing knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Own Program Performance: lead cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define Program Roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with executive-ready updates.
• Manage risk, issues, and dependencies; data-driven solutions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own end-to-end change: design, implement, adopt, and measure.
• Create manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge management: SOPs, job aids, and learning platforms.
• Collaborate to improve customer and agent experiences.
