Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring multiple Manager roles within Ops Enablement. You will lead cross-functional programs across Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant servicing outcomes. You will drive operational readiness and coach teams in a regulated, growth-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes program roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge management, with a remote-first setup and nationwide collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience in large-scale environments.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institutions with scaling operations.
• Subject matter expertise on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR).
• Six Sigma or similar certification; strong process improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional programs and ensure alignment with strategy and OKRs.
• Define roadmaps and manage KPIs, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive impact.
• Establish governance and communicate program status to executives.
• Identify risks and drive data-backed remediation with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end change management from design to adoption.
• Translate technical concepts into clear manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge management, SOPs, and learning platforms for scale.
