Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring multiple Operations Enablement Manager roles to lead scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our national Operations.

You will define program roadmaps, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance, and drive performance through measurement and governance. This remote-first position offers significant scope to impact customer and merchant outcomes while advancing learning and knowledge systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institution.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives, aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, budgets and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance and executive-ready communications on status, risks, and impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scalable improvements for quality and compliance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of changes—from design to adoption and measurement.
• Translate technical concepts into clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Evolve the knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, job aids, learning platforms) for scale.
• Oversee training strategies: onboarding, continuous learning, and new product rollouts.
