Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our operations. You will own strategic roadmaps, coordinate with product, engineering, and compliance, and deliver measurable outcomes through data-driven program management.

You will lead learning and knowledge initiatives, develop training strategies, and partner with teams to optimize customer and merchant outcomes in a remote-first environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience in large-scale or global settings.
• 3+ years in fintech or financial institutions with scaling operations and coaching.
• Subject matter expert in financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR, etc.).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking preferred.
• Experience building and scaling knowledge management and training (CRM, Confluence, LMS, AI tools).
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with governance and executive-ready updates.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive data-backed resolutions with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scalable improvements.
• Manage end-to-end change including design, implementation, adoption, and measurement.
• Create clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge management: SOPs, learning platforms, AI-enabled tools.
