Mittleman Eye Center is seeking a responsible Screener to support the Operations Department with daily patient screenings and to uphold a high standard of customer-patient satisfaction and safety for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, assisting elderly patients, enforcing safety rules, maintaining a clean and safe entrance, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations at the West Palm Beach location.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience.
• Associate degree with at least 1 year of experience.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and screen visitors with a friendly smile.
• Be attentive and open the door if necessary for elderly patients.
• Announce visitors and ensure they follow safety rules.
• Assist patients and ensure overall satisfaction as they exit.
• Ensure the practice perimeter is safe through regular checks.
• Place doormats to prevent hazards at entry and exit.
• Display wet-floor signs after cleaning and remove when not needed.
• Collaborate with department staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
