Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Associate degree with 1+ year in healthcare.
• Experience in customer service or administrative role, preferably healthcare.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and handling confidential patient information.

Responsibilities

• Report to Operations Manager.
• Greet visitors and check them in with a friendly demeanor.
• Check patients out and collect balances due.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and explain follow-up care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Answer phones and assist patients with inquiries.
• Coordinate with the department to ensure smooth daily operations.
