Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking a Clinic Supervisor for an ophthalmology clinic in the United States. You will manage day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, and ensure high-quality patient care through strong leadership and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in ophthalmology or related industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employees, run weekly meetings, generate reports, manage inventory and ordering, and coordinate training as needed.
• Provide guidance on optical equipment usage, medical chart handling, insurance, billing, frame and contact lens selection, and clinic policies.
• Lead the office by coaching staff toward success and implementing action plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and HR on recruitment and employee relations, and with other Supervisors to find areas for improvement.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain professional communication with staff; motivate and engage employees, including weekend coverage when required.
