EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Clinic Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at designated practice locations in the Pittsburgh area. The role requires coordinating staff, clinic flow, patient relations, inventory, and equipment maintenance to ensure top-quality eye care.

The ideal candidate has ophthalmology experience, COA certification, and strong communication. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a leading ophthalmology

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ophthalmology experience; leadership preferred.
• Current iJCAHPO COA certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient flow, diagnostic testing, and technician exam components.
• Educate patients regarding conditions and procedures performed by the doctor.
• Manage clinical and administrative duties, including documentation audits.
• Lead daily huddles and monthly team meetings; schedule templates and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and clinic procedures.
