Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Clinic Supervisor in Chesapeake, VA to lead daily office operations for ophthalmology services and ensure exceptional patient care. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching for a multi-location team while partnering with HR and the Clinic Manager.

The role requires COA/COT preferred, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a dedication to HIPAA compliance, with travel to nearby offices as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of ophthalmology management experience required.
• COA or COT certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and scheduling.
• Provide guidance on optical equipment usage and billing policies.
• Compile operational reports to guide team focus.
• Lead and coach office staff to success.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and HR on staffing.
• Coordinate with other Clinic Supervisors for improvements.
• Train staff to deliver world-class patient experience.
• Serve as liaison between employees, Clinic Manager, and Corporate.
• Motivate staff and communicate changes constructively.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
