Job summary

Acuity Eye Group is looking for a Practice Manager to lead daily operations of a busy ophthalmology clinic. You will supervise staff, handle onboarding, training, scheduling, and budget controls to support exceptional patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, compliance awareness, and superb customer service. You will coordinate clinical supplies, monitor performance, and liaise with physicians and HR to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related work and staff management experience.
• Operational management knowledge of medical offices and best practices.
• Experience with electronic practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient census, staffing, budgets, and scheduling to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Partners with physicians and staff to create an accountable environment prioritizing patient care.
• Manages front and back office processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Leads HR activities including talent acquisition, performance reviews, and attendance.
• Coaches and develops staff, enforces policies, and resolves internal conflicts.
• Drives team engagement and coordinates monthly office meetings and daily huddles.
