Job summary

Dompé is seeking a U.S. Key Account Manager to lead ophthalmology field activities, educate clinicians, and maximize patient access for a first ophthalmic biologic product. You will develop center-specific plans, deploy targeted messages, and navigate local payer dynamics in a fast-growing U.S. market.

The role requires ownership of a large geography, cross-functional collaboration, and strong compliance with Dompé values, with travel up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced educational degree preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare sales or account management experience, including owning territory and large geography.
• 3 years of experience in biotech/specialty sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals and support staff to maximize patient access.
• Develop center and physician-specific plans and deploy messages/resources.
• Understand local payer dynamics that influence patient access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MSLs, marketing, managed care, legal, compliance).
• Travel 40–60% depending on geography and business needs.
