Job summary

Dompé is seeking a U.S. Key Account Manager in Raleigh to support its ophthalmic biologic product. You will educate cornea specialists, support staff, and physicians locally, develop center and physician plans, and navigate payer dynamics to improve patient access.

The role emphasizes compliance with Dompé values and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business results and market access in a dynamic field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced educational degree or experience in the Healthcare field preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare sales or account management experience, including owning a territory and large geography.
• 3 years of experience in biotech/specialty sales, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves business goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Become an expert in the science of corneal healing and trial data; articulate its significance to others.
• Serve as a resource to physicians and patients to enable access to Dompé medicines.
• Build center and physician-specific plans and deploy messages and resources.
• Understand local payer dynamics to influence patient access.
• Comply with laws, regulations and Dompé policies.
