Job summary

Dompé seeks a results-driven Key Account Manager to grow our ophthalmology business in the U.S., supporting our first ophthalmic biologic product for neurotrophic keratitis. You will educate cornea specialists and support staff, build physician plans, and drive access in your territory.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare sales, biotech familiarity, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial, flexible mindset. Significant travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated healthcare sales or account management experience, including ownership of a territory.
• 3 years of biotech/specialty sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual business goals.
• Develop center- and physician-specific plans.
• Educate healthcare professionals and staff including nurses and technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (patient access, managed care, medical affairs, marketing, HR, legal).
• Analyze local payer dynamics to improve patient access and outcomes.
• Travel 40–60% depending on geography.
