Job summary

Dompé seeks a U.S. Key Account Manager to lead ophthalmology field activities, educate clinicians, and support patient access for our first ophthalmic biologic product.

You will build plans with physicians, deploy strategic resources, and navigate payer dynamics to improve patient access. The role requires strong sales experience in healthcare, familiarity with biotech products, and willingness to travel up to 60% to cover a large geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced educational degree or experience in the Healthcare field preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare sales or account management experience, including owning territory and large geography.
• 3 years of experience in biotech/specialty sales, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals and staff in local area.
• Develop center- and physician-specific plans and deploy messages/resources.
• Analyze local payer dynamics to influence patient access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including patient access, MSLs, marketing, HR, legal and compliance.
• Create and implement a business plan to guide strategy and track progress.
• Travel 40–60% depending on geography and needs.
