Job summary

Dompé seeks a US-based Key Account Manager to lead ophthalmology strategy across a large geography and complex payer environments. You will educate cornea specialists and ophthalmologists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize patient access to our first ophthalmic biologic product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced educational degree or healthcare experience preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated successful healthcare sales or account management experience.
• 3 years in biotech/specialty sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate cornea specialists and ophthalmologists, and support staff.
• Develop center- and physician-specific plans to improve patient access.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with payer, market access, and medical affairs teams.
• Create and implement a comprehensive business plan and track progress.
• Analyze local market dynamics to identify opportunities and address access barriers.
• Travel 40–60% as required by territory geography.
