Rayner Surgical Group is seeking a Territory Manager to lead territory sales and market growth in ophthalmology. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, drive revenue for Surgical, IOL, and OSD products, and deliver engaging demos and education sessions.

The role requires experience selling medical devices in OR/clinical settings, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in the local language.

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent.
• Experience selling medical devices in operating room / clinical environments.
• Fluency in local language.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Effective network-building inside and outside the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver territory revenue targets by driving sales of Rayner products within assigned accounts.
• Develop and retain key surgeon and hospital stakeholder relationships to grow account value.
• Grow and maintain accounts by collaborating with Regional and Country Managers.
• Drive sales of Surgical, IOL, and OSD products while maintaining existing business.
• Deliver professional sales demos and educational sessions.
• Monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and plan territory strategy.
