Microsurgical Technology, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to represent our microsurgical products across a multi-state region, including Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and others.

The role blends sales execution, clinical education, and strategic account management, with in-room support and relationship-building at its core. As a clinical partner and business consultant, you will train surgeons and OR staff, drive product adoption, and manage territory growth while

Qualifications

• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and KOLs.
• Deep knowledge of ophthalmic procedures and MST products.
• Ability to present data-driven value propositions to clinical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and maintain credentials.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Clinical Partner with surgeons and OR staff.
• Own the Operating Room Experience with hands-on support during cases.
• Educate and Train surgeons and OR teams on MST products and launches.
• Drive Territory Growth by analyzing market data and executing strategy.
• Act as a Business Consultant with data-driven case studies for practices.
• Operate with Integrity and maintain required hospital credentials.
