Job summary
Rayner Surgical Group is seeking an Advanced Technology Specialist to work with Territory Managers as a clinical liaison, driving premium lens sales in the US. You will educate surgeons, KOLs, and accounts while coordinating with Marketing and Eye Sciences to support clinical education initiatives.
The role requires deep knowledge of Rayner premium IOLs, biometry, and lens calculations, and involves training direct and distributor sales teams to enhance clinical acceptance and commercial
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience selling intraocular lenses.
- Understanding of the premium IOL market in the US.
- Understanding of biometry, lens calculations, and patient selection.
- Experience selling into private healthcare environments.
- Experience managing a KOL/ophthalmic surgeon network.
Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales targets for premium IOL portfolio in the US.
- Upskill and support Territory Managers in commercial effectiveness.
- Educate and support accounts, surgeons and KOLs directly.
- Lead the premium sector through knowledge of Rayner and competitor premium IOL technology.
