Job summary

Rayner Surgical Group in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager to drive territory sales by achieving targets, expanding market share, and identifying new opportunities within assigned accounts.

You will build surgeon and hospital stakeholder relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate with regional teams to grow Rayner's portfolio of Surgical, IOL, and OSD products. This role requires a degree, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in the local language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong customer relationships and customer-centric solutions.
• Experience selling medical devices in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue targets by driving sales and expanding market share.
• Develop and retain key surgeon and hospital stakeholder relationships to grow account value.
• Drive sales of Surgical, IOL, and OSD products while maintaining existing business.
• Deliver professional sales demos and educational sessions to customers.
• Monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and plan territory strategy.
• Collaborate with Regional and Country Managers to grow assigned accounts.
