Job summary

Top Tier Reps is seeking a Surgical Territory Manager specializing in ophthalmic medical devices. The role targets hospital-based surgical sales, operating room coverage, and physician relationship development, with a focus on ophthalmic surgeons and clinical stakeholders.

You will drive territory revenue, expand product adoption, and partner with hospital leadership to support successful product adoption. Responsibilities include in-person case coverage, product education, and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Proven success in surgical medical device sales
• Experience selling to hospitals and operating rooms
• Established relationships with surgeons and clinical decision-makers
• Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes
• Ability to provide clinical product support during procedures
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market penetration within hospitals and ophthalmic surgical accounts.
• Develop relationships with ophthalmologists, ocular surgeons, operating room personnel, and hospital decision-makers.
• Provide in-person surgical case coverage, product education, and technical support in the OR.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase product utilization across accounts.
• Navigate hospital purchasing processes and contracting requirements.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists and internal teams to support product adoption.
