Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Office Manager to lead all operations of a single office location, maximizing retail sales while supporting patients’ medical needs. You will execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE) to drive revenue and profitability, manage staffing, training, inventory, and safety, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards.

A state license for opticians may be required in some states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industry related experience beneficial.
• Background check as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee overall sales and profitability of an office location through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and office staff as liaison.
• Lead HR activities: recruitment, training, coaching and KPI scorecard reviews.
