Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Office Manager to optimize the Total Patient Experience and drive the sales and profitability of a clinic. You will oversee all operations, including team support, merchandising, inventory, training and safety, while exercising independent judgment over performance across the retail and clinical interface.

A Licensed Office Manager will hold a State Optician's License where required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an office and teams.
• Favorable background check as required by state.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute sales and profitability of an office via Total Patient Experience.
• Develop relationships with doctors and coordinate between physicians and office staff.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members and KPI results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA, safety rules, and facility standards.
