Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to lead a single ophthalmology/optometric practice and deliver a world-class Total Patient Experience. You will drive revenue, manage all office operations, coaching staff, and ensure patient care aligns with medical requirements.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, compliance with HIPAA/OSHA, and maintaining facility standards. A state license is preferred for the role where required.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Management experience is required.
• Background check favorable per state requirements.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an office location.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and staff as liaison.
• Human resources management including recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, safety, and cash handling policies.
• Oversee daily office operations: scheduling, meetings, inventory, and training.
