Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to maximize retail sales while supporting patients’ medical needs. You will oversee the office, lead a team, manage merchandising, inventory, training, and safety to deliver a superior Total Patient Experience.

The role requires directing profitability, coordinating with physicians, and enforcing HIPAA/OSHA standards. A state optician license may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Background check as required by state
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the overall sales and profitability of a single office location through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors associated with the office and act as liaison between doctors and staff.
• Lead human resources activities: recruiting, selection, training, coaching, and KPI scorecard reviews.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Exercise judgment to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety rules and waste disposal.
• Oversee cash handling and financial document submission.
• Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, reports, inventory, supplies.
