Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to lead a clinical office location and maximize both retail sales and patient care. You will oversee operational performance, team development, and facility standards while ensuring Total Patient Experience (TPE) drives revenue and profitability.

A License where required is preferred for certain states. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with healthcare operations, with a focus on team leadership and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in eye care or healthcare operations is beneficial.
• Must pass background check and have right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive the overall sales and profitability of the office through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and office staff.
• Lead HR activities: recruitment, training, coaching, and KPI performance reviews.
• Manage performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and safety rules; maintain corporate standards for facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, reports, inventory, and supplies.
