Job summary

EyeCare Partners Career Opportunities seeks an Office Manager to deliver a world-class Total Patient Experience while driving retail sales and patient care. You will oversee all office operations, profitability, team development, merchandising, inventory, training and safety to ensure high-quality service.

A Licensed Office Manager may need a State Optician’s License where required, with emphasis on HIPAA/OSHA compliance and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Management experience required.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage overall sales and profitability of the office through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and office staff; act as liaison between doctor and team.
• Human resource management: recruitment, selection, coaching, and KPI training.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth; monitor cash handling and financial reporting.
• Motivate staff with clear communication and supportive leadership.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety, HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, supplies, training.
