Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to drive a world-class Total Patient Experience while maximizing retail sales and supporting patients' medical needs. You’ll manage the location's operations, team support, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety to ensure profitability and excellent patient care.

A Licensed Office Manager may need a State Optician's License where required. Strong Excel/Office skills and leadership are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Management experience required.
• Favorable background check as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee sales and profitability of an office location through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and office staff as liaison.
• HR management: recruit, train, coach and develop team members; manage KPI scores.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Use tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth and motivate staff.
• Communicate changes in a positive, supportive way to the team.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety and HIPAA/ OSHA rules.
• Manage cash handling policies and submission of financial documents.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, orders, training.
