EyeCare Partners seeks an experienced Office Manager to lead a single ophthalmology/optometry office. You will drive Total Patient Experience, maximize retail sales while supporting medical needs, and oversee staff, merchandising, inventory, and safety.

Independent judgment will guide performance across the clinic. The role requires managing office profitability, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring rigorous adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage overall sales and profitability of the office.
• Develop and maintain relationships between doctors and office team.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and KPI coaching for team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and salary evaluations for staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance with HIPAA/OSHA, and company policies.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, and purchasing.
