Tenpoint Therapeutics is launching YUVEZZI for presbyopia in the U.S. This Specialty Sales Manager role covers the Providence, RI territory, building relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists and turning clinical value into durable growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented success in sales; pharma or related sales is a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan with segmentation, call cadence, routing and coverage.
• Deliver results by meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing funnel and forecasts.
• Educate and influence through in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice actions and tools.
• Support practice integration and drive adoption of the therapy.
• Document customer feedback and share insights with internal partners.
• Execute brand strategy and support meetings and POAs.
• Adhere to compliance and safety reporting standards.
