Visus Therapeutics Inc. in Providence, RI is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a launch for YUVEZZI™, building relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists and driving adoption of the new therapy.

The role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong CRM discipline, and ability to translate evidence into practice while meeting sales targets.

Hybrid work options are available, with national coverage and a focus on compliant field activity and exceptional patient access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented success in sales; pharma or eye-care sales a plus.
• Experience with launching products is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan across OD/MD practices and groups.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets and manage funnel with CRM.
• Educate and influence through in-office data reviews and trainings.
• Translate clinical evidence into practice, equip staff.
• Drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy and set value expectations.
• Document customer feedback and share insights.
• Execute brand strategy and support meetings/POAs.
• Adhere to compliance and adverse event reporting.
