Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics, Ltd. is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to launch YUVEZZI™ in the Atlanta East territory. You will build relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, drive first scripts to sustained growth, and serve as the face of the brand in the field.

You will own the territory plan, manage the funnel, and deliver results while adhering to compliance and launching with a data-driven, patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales success; pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience preferred.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales experience preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred; startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage for OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics.
• Educate & influence: lead compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns for Eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into practical practice behaviors and tools.
• Position and drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy; manage value and follow-up.
• Document customer feedback and insights for internal partners.
• Execute brand strategy and support regional/national meetings; ensure compliance.
