Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager in the Greater Omaha area to drive a category-defining launch for YUVEZZI. You will build a startup inside your territory, engaging Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, converting first scripts into durable growth, and shaping resources to maximize patient impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented sales success in pharma, Eye-care, or related fields.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Comfort selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability with practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan with segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Deliver results by meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with disciplined CRM usage.
• Educate and influence through in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with eyecare professionals.
