Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics, Ltd. is hiring a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a California launch for YUVEZZI™. You will build a high-performing field team, cultivate relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, and convert first scripts into durable growth.

You will report to the Area Sales Director and reside in the greater San Jose area, with hybrid work options and a competitive benefits package. This role emphasizes compliance, data-driven selling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of documented sales success; pharma, medical, or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan across independent OD/MD practices, multi-location groups, and relevant accounts.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with disciplined CRM usage.
• Educate & influence: lead in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals.
