Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics, Ltd. is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a launch in the Brooklyn/Queens area for the YUVEZZI™ presbyopia therapy. You will build relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, drive adoption, and convert initial scripts into durable growth.

Reports to the Area Sales Director and acts as the face of the brand in the field. You will own territory planning, drive results, educate clinicians, and ensure compliant field activities while using CRM to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of a documented track record of success in sales is required; pharmaceutical, medical, or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability with practices and patients.
• Unexpired driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and CRM metrics.
• Educate & influence: lead in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors; equip staff with tools to convert interest into use.
• Position and drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy with clear value messaging.
• Document customer feedback and insights and share with internal partners.
• Execute brand strategy and digital tools; support regional/national meetings and POAs.
• Adhere to compliance requirements including adverse event reporting.
