Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics in San Francisco seeks a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a launch for YUVEZZI™ in presbyopia. You will build relationships with optometrists and ophthalmologists, translate clinical value into practice adoption, and turn first scripts into durable growth.

You will own the territory plan, manage funnel and CRM, deliver results, and field insights to refine messaging while maintaining compliant and high standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented sales success (pharma or eye care preferred).
• Launch experience in a new product is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfort selling cash-pay/elective therapies.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with CRM usage.
• Educate & influence: lead in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with eyecare professionals on patient selection, outcomes, safety, and workflow.
• Evidence-driven practice integration: translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors and equip staff to convert interest into use.
• Support practice integration: position out-of-pocket therapy, set value expectations, and utilize starter resources.
• Field insights & action: document customer feedback and share with internal partners.
• Launch excellence: execute brand strategy and support regional/national meetings.
• Operate to the highest standards: adhere to compliance and adverse event reporting.
