You will own the local territory plan, manage the funnel and forecasts, and deliver top-line results while ensuring compliant, data-driven field activities and feedback to inform the national playbook. This is a startup-style, high-impact role focused on growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of a documented track record of success in sales is required; pharmaceutical, medical, or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability with practices and patients.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across independent OD/MD practices, multi-location groups, and relevant accounts.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with disciplined CRM usage.
• Educate & influence: lead compliant in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors; equip staff with tools to convert interest into consistent use; capture field insights to refine messaging.
• Support practice integration: position and drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy; set clear expectations for value, usage, and follow-up.
