Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a Seattle-based launch. You will build relationships with eye care professionals, run a start-up style territory, and drive adoption of YUVEZZI™.

You’ll shape resources, train staff, and convert interest into durable patient care improvements. The role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong CRM discipline, and the ability to deliver field insights to inform the national playbook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of documented sales success.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan across OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Meet/exceed sales targets and manage funnel, forecasts, and CRM metrics.
• Educate and influence through in-office data reviews and trainings.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors and tools.
• Drive adoption of out-of-pocket therapies with clear value messaging.
