Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics in the United States is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager for a high-visibility, launch-driven field role in the San Francisco area. You will build relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, turning clinical value into real-world adoption and converting first scripts into durable growth.

You’ll lead territory planning, coordinate training, and use compliant data reviews to influence practice workflows while delivering targeted outcomes and customer-centric

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of documented sales success in pharma/eye-care is required.
• Launch experience in a pharma setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan including segmentation, call cadence, routing and coverage.
• Meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts and activity metrics.
• Lead compliant in-office data reviews, trainings and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare pros.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors and tools.
• Position and drive adoption of out-of-pocket therapies with clear value messaging.
• Document customer feedback and insights for internal partners.
• Execute brand strategy and support regional/national meetings and POAs.
• Adhere to all compliance requirements for HCP interactions.
