Qualifications

• 6+ years of success in sales, pharma/medical experience a plus.
• 2+ years of people leadership, building top teams.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead区域 wide sales team across multiple states.
• Execute territory plans, call cadence, and resource deployment for launch success.
• Coach reps with field rides and 1:1s to improve performance and compliance.
• Drive results and exceed sales targets and activity metrics.
• Lead data-driven adoption of clinical evidence and patient workflow enablement.
• Collaborate with Training, Marketing, Operations and other partners.
