Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of sales success, preferably in the medical field, and will be responsible for executing brand strategies, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the territory's performance.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$160,000 annually, and a benefits package that includes health insurance and stock options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required, particularly in pharmaceuticals or medical fields.
• Experience with eye-care products or contact lenses preferred.
• Unexpired driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan and deliver results with prescribed metrics.
• Educate and influence Eyecare professionals through in-office training sessions.
• Document customer feedback and share insights internally.
