Qualifications

• 2+ years of a documented track record of success in sales is required; pharmaceutical, medical, or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across OD/MD practices and groups.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with CRM.
• Educate & influence: lead compliant in-office data reviews and trainings for eyecare professionals.
