Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics, Ltd. is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a launch in the Atlanta West area. You will build a field team, develop the territory plan, and convert early scripts into durable growth for YUVEZZI™, the presbyopia eye drop.

You will engage Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, translate clinical value into adoption, and drive a compliant, patient-centric sales approach. You will report to the Area Sales Director and must reside in the Atlanta West area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience; pharmaceutical, medical, or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Currently have and maintain an unexpired driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across practices and accounts.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with CRM.
• Educate & influence: lead in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into practice behaviors; equip staff with tools to convert interest into adoption.
• Position and drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy; set expectations for value and follow-up.
• Document customer feedback and insights; share with internal partners.
• Execute brand strategy and digital tools; support regional/national meetings and events.
• Adhere to compliance requirements including adverse event reporting and HCP interactions.
