Visus Therapeutics Inc. in Atlanta East is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a launch for YUVEZZI™, an eye-drop therapy for presbyopia.

You will build relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, convert clinical value into adoption, and drive first scripts toward sustainable growth. You will own the territory plan, meet/exceed sales targets, manage funnel and CRM, educate staff on patient selection and workflow, and ensure compliant field activities while providing insights to

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of documented sales success; pharma/medical sales a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Comfort with cash-pay/elective therapies and affordability with practices/patients.
• Unexpired driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Own the territory plan across independent OD/MD practices.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed targets, manage funnel and CRM.
• Educate & influence: in-office data reviews and trainings.
• Translate evidence into practice behaviors and staff tools.
• Position and drive adoption of out-of-pocket therapy; set value expectations.
• Document customer feedback and share insights with internal partners.
• Execute brand strategy and support regional/national meetings/POAs.
• Adhere to compliance, including adverse event reporting and HCP interactions.
