Tenpoint Therapeutics seeks a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a high-impact field launch for YUVEZZI in the Atlanta East area. You will build relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, translate clinical value into everyday adoption, and convert first scripts into durable growth.

You’ll be the face of the brand, shaping resources and feeding insights to refine the national playbook. You will report to the Area Sales Director and must reside in the Atlanta East area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of a documented track record of success in sales.
• Pharmaceutical, medical or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability.
• Driver's license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with CRM.
• Educate & influence: lead in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice changes; equip staff to convert interest into adoption.
• Position out-of-pocket therapy and set expectations for value, usage, and follow-up.
• Document customer feedback and insights; share with internal partners as needed.
• Execute brand strategy and digital tools; support regional/national meetings and POAs.
• Adhere to compliance, including adverse event reporting and HCP interactions.
