Tenpoint Therapeutics, Ltd. is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager in the Columbus area to lead a launch for YUVEZZI, our presbyopia therapy.

You will build a startup-like field team, establish relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, and convert first scripts into durable growth. Reporting to the Area Sales Director, you will own territory plans, meet sales targets, manage the funnel, and deliver education and training to eyecare professionals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of documented sales success.
• Pharma launch or eyecare sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel and drive.

Aufgaben

• Own the territory plan across OD/MD practices.
• Deliver sales results; manage funnel and forecasts.
• Educate through in-office data reviews and trainings.
• Translate evidence into practice and drive adoption.
• Position out-of-pocket therapies; set value expectations.
• Document customer feedback and insights.
• Support brand strategy and national POAs; ensure compliance.
