Tenpoint Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a high-potential launch for YUVEZZI™ in the Atlanta East area. The role focuses on building relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, driving first scripts to durable growth, and representing the brand in field settings.

You will own territory plans, drive education on clinical value, and ensure compliant field practices while meeting sales targets and contributing insights to refine national playbooks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of documented sales success (pharma/eye-care preferred).
• Launch experience in pharma or medical devices is a plus.
• Comfort discussing cash-pay/elective therapies with practices and patients.

Responsibilities

• Own territory plan across OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Educate in-office teams on product value, safety, outcomes, and workflow.
