Job summary

Dompé is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager in the U.S. to support our ophthalmic biologic program for neurotrophic keratitis.

You will educate cornea specialists, ophthalmologists, and clinic staff while developing physician plans and deploying resources to maximize patient access in a dynamic market. You will travel 40–60% across a large geography, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, ensuring compliance, and informing market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced educational degree or experience in the Healthcare field preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated successful healthcare sales or account management experience, including owning territory and large geography.
• 3 years of experience in biotech/specialty sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals (cornea specialists and ophthalmologists) and support staff.
• Develop center and physician-specific plans and deploy messages/resources.
• Understand local payer dynamics to improve patient access and adherence.
