Dompé is expanding its U.S. ophthalmic portfolio and seeks a Field Key Account Manager to drive engagement with cornea specialists and ophthalmology practices.

You will educate clinicians, support staff, and administrators, building center-specific plans and ensuring access to our first ophthalmic biologic product based on rhNGF. Ideal candidates have a background in healthcare sales, strong strategic planning, and a proven ability to exceed business goals while navigating payer dynamics and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or healthcare experience preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated healthcare sales or account management experience.
• 3 years of biotech/specialty sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educate healthcare professionals and support staff in the local area.
• Develop center- and physician-specific plans and deploy messages and resources.
• Understand local payer dynamics to improve patient access to medicines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including patient access, managed care, MSL, marketing, HR, legal and compliance.
• Create and implement a robust business plan to guide strategy and measure progress.
• Travel 40–60% as required by geography and business needs.
• Comply with all laws, regulations and Dompé policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cornea thought leaders.
