Job summary

Paycom in Central - Waco, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Trainer to lead training initiatives for Patient Services Representatives and other WFM Operational staff. The role focuses on delivering approved curricula, conducting new-hire onboarding, and maintaining quality through ongoing education.

The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate schedules and materials with PMs and PSRs.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years training facilitator experience required.
• 2 years curriculum development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate information from leadership and staff on training processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with program managers to implement training material updates.
• Deliver approved training curriculum for new hires.
• Deliver continuing education curriculum and follow-up training.
• Perform quality audits for new hires and competency observations.
• Ensure staff are aware of policies and procedures.
• Communicate training needs and outcomes to management.
• Provide hands-on training in classroom and clinic settings.
