• Knowledge of how clinics operate and function for patient care.
• Computer literacy and EMR familiarity are expected.
• Ability to handle patient and stakeholder concerns while maintaining trust.
• Ability to guide and support team members effectively.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and allocate time efficiently.
• Ability to use data to guide decisions and identify root causes.
• Ability to oversee and manage financial performance of the center.

Responsibilities

• Daily Flow Management: Lead morning huddles and manage real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Conduct daily 5S walkthroughs and manage vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs.
• People Leadership: Conduct weekly one-to-ones, manage staff schedules, ensure competency sign-offs.
• Administrative Excellence: Stabilize inbox aging, manage purchasing and waste reduction, ensure POS collections.
• Patient Experience: Own the service recovery system to resolve patient concerns the same day.
